6.1. Delivery is carried out by courier. We cannot guarantee that delivery instructions will be followed. We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by third parties or unforeseen circumstances.

6.2. We deliver in Vienna and the surrounding area.

6.3. Delivery costs and times depend on your location and will be indicated when placing your order.

6.4. We make every effort to deliver our flowers on time, but sometimes errors may occur. If your order is not delivered (for example, if the flowers do not arrive within 3 hours of the scheduled delivery time), we will offer a free replacement for the next possible date or refund your money. In case of a refund, the full amount will be credited within 3 days. Please note that banks may require an additional 3-5 days to credit the amount to your card.

7. Returns and Exchanges

7.1. Please understand that due to the perishability of flowers, we do not accept returns.
